This LED package is even more advanced than 3014 package. It
has a bigger heatsink and it can reach higher brightness with higher
forward currents.
2835 package can handle forward currents higher than 100mA and
can reach brightness in the range 14-35 lumens.
Due to these advanced performances, this package can be compared
with older 5050 package that can reach brightness in the range 12-18
lumens.
Dissipation area of an older 5050 package is 5.40mm² whereas newer
2835 package has a dissipation area of 6.6mm².
