MAX3232CSE+T TRANSCEP RS232, 235KBPS, 5.5V, NSOIC-16

The MAX3232CSE+T is a low power true RS232 transceiver in a 16-pin NSOIC package. This transceiver has a low dropout transmitter output stage that allows true RS232 performance from 3V to 5.5V supply with dual charge pump. The device requires only four small external 0.1µF charge pump capacitors. The MAX3232 device operates at a data rate of 235Kbps and maintains RS232 output levels. It offers pin compatibility, packaging, and functionality with the industry standard MAX232 device. Supply voltage range from 3V to 5.5V Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C 0.3mA VCC supply current 300ns transmitter response and 300ns receiver response 30V/µs maximum transition region slew rate (CL = 150pF to 1000pF) Two RS232 controllers and two RS232 receivers.
