The AT27C256R-70PU is a 256K (32K x 8bit) once programmable read-only memory (OTP EPROM) device in 28-pin DIP package. This 262144 bit low power, high performance memory requires only a 5V power supply for normal read mode operation. Any byte can be accessed in less than 70ns by eliminating the need for speed-reducing wait states (WAIT) on high-performance microprocessor systems. Atmel's scale CMOS technology provides low power consumption and fast programming.
